Meet the Team
As Chief Executive Officer at IQILIQ Group, Patrick is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the business and contributes to its strategic decision-making. Also a member of the Group’s main board, Patrick previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer for many years. Before joining IDILIQ Group, Patrick was Finance Director of Turnbull & Asser, a Harrods subsidiary company, and also spent three years at House of Fraser PLC in a senior role within the Corporate and Acquisitions team.

Eugene’s responsibilities as General Counsel include overseeing IDILIQ Group’s global legal and business affairs and human resources in Spain. A member of the senior leadership team for most of his 20 plus years with the Group, he has played an intrinsic role in all of the key resort and hotel acquisitions, real estate developments, joint ventures and hotel franchising. In previous roles, Eugene has worked in private practice, private equity and has sat on the board of a pan-European industry association.

JUAN JOSÉ MILLÁN
Juanjo joined IDILIQ Group 15 years ago as Group Financial Controller before becoming Chief Financial Officer six years ago. With nearly 25 years’ experience in the finance sector, Juanjo started his career working as an auditor in PWC with the expertise in Hotels, Construction and Development companies. During his time with IDILIQ Group, he has been a key player in due diligences and finance of new businesses acquisitions, as well as driving the strategy of new Real Estate development projects.

With operational responsibilities for USA and Turkey, Graham also oversees Group PR and UK Business Development. Graham was a key part of IDILIQ Group’s transformation into the branded Hotels & Resort Residences concept, with the business evolving to become the largest group operator of Wyndham branded resort residences globally. Previously in various other roles within the Group, Graham has been a member of the senior leadership team for several years.

Simon is responsible for all IDILIQ resort operations in Spain, Tenerife and the UK, as well as heading up the global revenue, sales and marketing teams. He joined IDILIQ Group in January 2022 with a wealth of industry experience having held various senior board roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Macdonald Hotels & Resorts. Part of Simon’s remit at IDILIQ Group is to install robust commercial and operating structures to position the business for major expansion across the EMEA region and beyond.

Craig is responsible for delivering and supporting the IT infrastructure, IT systems and technology services across the IDILIQ Group. He joined the Group in 2019 and been focussed on delivering the IT transformation of IDILIQ as it evolves to become the largest group operator of Wyndham branded resort residences globally. Craig has held numerous senior Technology Leadership roles in the Hospitality sector and beyond including Group IT Director at Virgin Limited Edition, Director of IT at BBC Worldwide Americas, and Operations Director at BBC Motion Gallery, and through this has gained a wealth of experience in supporting global technology operations and delivering complex technology transformations.
